Comfortable stay in a queen room with a large TV, even though the sink was a little rusty. the hotel also has a small restaurant with reasonable prices. 🍽️

Booked a room with a single bed. The location was comfy and magnificent, not too far away from Church of Our Lady of Carmen.

Great location, just a short walk to the city center and the waterfront 🌊. There's a restaurant by the waterfront for dinner, which was convenient. the service was top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed my two nights stay here.

We had a problem the first night and the manager solved it as soon as she learned about it. We did appreciate her professionalism. It's a budget hotel with a very good quality/ratio price not too far from the Zona Colonial (10 mins on foot). If you're not too picky go for it.
Don't expect a 4 star hotel for this low price, obviously. The choice for breakfast was limited but included in the price.

My recent stay at Hotel Luis V was for a quick, budget-friendly trip. The hotel offered basic amenities like AC, hot water, and free WiFi, which made my stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was great, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions. There was also a bar downstairs, adding to the convenience. it was a decent place that provided good value for money.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly. They speak a lot of languages and able to communicate to everyone in their language. Most importantly I have the peace of mind because I was ensured that nothing of mine was going to be stolen or lost in the hotel and that was true.

Great location, close to tourist sites and Zona Colonial. Helpful and friendly staff, English-speaking front desk. Clean room with daily cleaning service. Affordable price for the location and amenities.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I did not like the noise level of the surrounding area during the day and during the evening. The rooms on the first level are much quieter than on the second floor. I had to request a change of room due to the loud music and cacophony coming from the apartments near by.

I truly liked the hotel room and will go back. It is quiet. The atmosphere is friendly. The kitchen with Marleme is super good. Thwe lady that cooked breakfast is greart. She speaks English ans is also polite. Marlene cooked then best chicken that I ever ate. Not greasy, just baked.
I stayed three days out of six paid days. I am to be reimbursed $90 for the other three days. I take it to be under reimbursement, but so far, it does not show in my debit card account. I hope the Hotel Managers take care of it soon. Other than that I like everything about the hotel.
